02What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, optionally your company name, the selected area of interest and the content of your message.
To protect the form against abuse, a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address is stored briefly.
03Why we process it
We use your data solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the form against spam is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up correspondence. If no business relationship results, we delete it within two years at the latest, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
05Who receives it
Your message is delivered by email to our team. Our hosting and email provider, Krystal Hosting Ltd., processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.
06Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any third-party tracking. All fonts and assets are served from our own server.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Hungary, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu).
